You can find us in Hooghly, specifically in the 2No Kapashdanga area. We are very close to the Pal Para Durga Mandir, which is the main landmark everyone uses to reach us. Being near a temple means it gets quite lively during the festivals, but usually, it’s a pretty calm place to work. We are based in West Bengal, and the office reflects the local style of the area. It’s not a modern glass building. It’s a sturdy, older structure where we have our rooms set up. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets, and that’s about it. We don't believe in wasting money on fancy renovations if the current space works. The people working here are mostly locals from the Hooghly district. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news or the local weather. It’s a very human way to spend the workday. Sometimes the power is a bit temperamental, especially during the monsoon season, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up in the morning, do the work that is waiting for us, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of operation. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. It is just a normal place where we work together and keep things going day after day.
