Dainandin

Dainandin is found at 31, Rammandir in Chinsurah. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of a spiritual vibe around the place, especially in the mornings when you can hear the bells. Our office is just a simple room in an old building. Chinsurah has a lot of history, and you can feel it in the narrow streets and the style of the houses. We’ve been at this address for quite a bit. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just where we sit and do our daily business. The walls are a bit old and the floor is a bit uneven, but it’s our space. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just open the doors and see what the day brings. Most of our work is done on old wooden tables that have been here since we started. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though it gets busier during festival times when the temple area is crowded. We know our neighbors well and often share a cup of tea with the folks next door. We don't have any high-tech systems, just the basics that get the job done. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we are quite comfortable with that.
