Nezone Strips Limited

Dankuni is a busy place, especially around Rabindranagar where we are set up. Nezone Strips Limited has been at this 171/1 address for quite some time. It gets quite hot in the summer here in Hooghly, but we’ve got our routine down. The building is functional. It’s where the real work happens without any fuss. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the trains are delayed. We don't have any big corporate signs that light up at night. It’s just the name on the door and people working hard inside. We deal with whatever comes our way, from power cuts to heavy rains during the monsoon. You learn to just keep going. The floor stays busy from morning until the evening shift ends. We aren't big on meetings that last hours. We’d rather just talk over a quick break and get back to the tasks. It’s a lot of metal and noise sometimes, but that’s the nature of what we do. The neighborhood knows us as the place that’s always got lights on. We don't have a fancy reception area with flowers. It’s just desks, chairs, and the equipment we need. We’ve stayed in this part of West Bengal because it feels like home. We know the tea stall guy and the local shops. It’s just a regular group of people doing a job.
