M/S. Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Our office is located at 153/13 C.S. Mukherjee Street in Konnagar. It’s a familiar spot for those of us working in the Hooghly district. M/S. Larsen & Toubro Ltd has this space here to stay close to the local projects in West Bengal. It’s an old-school kind of place, nothing like those modern offices you see in the city center. We’ve got our desks set up and we spend most of our time coordinating with the local laborers and checking on the site progress nearby. The street can get a bit loud during the day, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't big on fancy titles or polished presentations around here. We just care about whether the work is getting done right and if the materials arrived on time. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the reports, but that’s just the nature of the construction job. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding area, so it feels very much like a local operation. We know the neighbors and the local tea shops where we grab a break. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do. We just keep things moving and try to handle any issues as they come up, one day at a time, without pretending to be anything more than a group of people building stuff.
