Down here in Konnagar, we are set up at 20/8/1 Gopal Chandra Bose Sarani. If you know the Hooghly district, you know this area has its own pace. Our spot is pretty modest. We’ve been operating out of here for a while, just managing things as they come. It’s an old-school kind of setup, nothing like those high-rise glass buildings you see in the big cities. We have a small team here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking schedules. The rains can be a bit much sometimes, and the road gets muddy, but we manage. We aren’t doing anything flashy. We just make sure the local requirements are met and the logs are updated. It’s a lot of local coordination. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, so we just take a break and talk about what’s for lunch. It’s a friendly place, and we know the tea stall guy down the lane quite well. We keep the files in some old metal cabinets that have seen better days. It is just a regular workspace where people work hard and go home to their families. We like it here because it is quiet and we can actually focus. It’s just us and the work, really. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks for the day.
