Interactive Manpower Solutions is located at 50/A Khudiram Sarani P.O:Konnagar Dist:Hooghly Pin:712235 Wb. It is a bit far from the center of Kolkata, but we like the pace of Konnagar. Our office is a simple place where we handle manpower needs for different companies. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. There are just some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of folders. We've been in the Hooghly district for a while now and we know the area well. Most of our time is spent talking to workers and employers. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, trying to get everyone on the same page. We don't use corporate jargon because it doesn't feel right for a place like this. We just talk normally. The street outside, Khudiram Sarani, is always busy with people going about their business. We feel like we're a small part of that. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones stop working, but that's just life here. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just do the work that comes our way. Our team is small and we all pitch in with everything. From cleaning the office to handling the accounts, everyone does a bit of everything. It's a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for years and we plan to stay for a lot more. It’s just what we do.
