Our company, Chr Global (Hr Services) Pvt. Ltd, is located in the Anamika Apartment. The address is 105/1 B.K Street Uttarpara, Distt - Hooghly (Wb), Pin - 712258. Being in an apartment building for our HR services makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal and a lot less like a giant company. We have our office space set up there and it works well for us. Uttarpara is a nice area, quite different from the middle of Kolkata, even though it’s not that far away. We handle human resources, so there is a lot of talking to candidates and sorting through folders. It’s steady work. The street outside, B.K Street, can be a bit tight for cars, but it’s a typical West Bengal street. We like the Anamika Apartment because it’s a familiar place for us. We’ve decorated the office a little, but it’s mostly just functional. We have our tea breaks and we talk about the local news or how the local trains are running. It’s a very human way to spend the workday. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just do the HR work that needs to be done. It’s a small, private limited company and we’re happy with how things are going here in Hooghly. We just keep our heads down and handle the recruitment and services as they come in.
