Job Select Consultancy

Job Select Consultancy is based at 205/A/2 in the Subhas Nagar Housing complex on 161E M J Road in Serampore. It’s a local neighborhood and our office is right in the heart of it. We help people find jobs, which means we see a lot of different faces every week. Some people are looking for their first job, and others are looking to change what they’ve been doing for years. We sit them down in our office and have a chat about what they can do. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of fans, some filing cabinets, and a few desks. It can get a bit crowded on Monday mornings when everyone comes in at once. We don't have any fancy software to match people; we mostly just rely on what we know and the notes we take. The housing complex is usually pretty quiet, but you can hear kids playing or people talking in the hallways. We’ve been in Serampore for a while, so we know most of the local businesses. We don't charge people a fortune or give them any false hopes. We just tell them what’s available and help them with their applications. It’s practical, everyday work. We keep the place clean and tidy, but it's definitely not a luxury office. It’s just a place where people come when they need a bit of help finding a way to earn a living. We enjoy being a part of this community and helping out where we can.
