Gurukul

We’ve been here at Gurukul for a while now, tucked away on Haran Chandra Banerjee Lane. It’s a quiet spot in Konnagar, right near Indira Gandhi Road. Most people know the building by now since we’ve been around. The place isn't fancy or anything, just a regular space where things get done every day. We open up early, get the lights on, and start the day's work. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is here, but that’s just how it goes. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a local spot that people can rely on when they need something. The rooms are plain, the desks have some scratches, and we use whatever chairs we’ve got. It feels like home to us, honestly. If you walk down the lane, you’ll see our door. Usually, someone is sitting near the front to say hello. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running smoothly. It’s not always perfect, and some days are busier than others, but we like the routine. Being in Hooghly means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. There isn't much more to it than that. We’re just part of the neighborhood here in 712235, doing our bit day by day without making a big fuss about it.
