Yuvika Bricks

We've been running Yuvika Bricks out here in Patwar Village for a while now. Most people know where we are since the government school is just down the path from us. It gets pretty dusty and hot around the kilns, especially in the summer months, but that is just how the work goes. We spend our days making sure the clay is right and the firing happens like it should. Usually, there are a couple of us standing around the office or out in the yard checking the piles. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. Just a lot of red bricks and trucks coming in and out of the Narnaund Tehsil area. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the rain starts unexpectedly and we have to cover everything up fast. We know the local people and the builders around Patwar Post Office well enough. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what we have ready to load. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit here. It's just a bunch of guys who know how to handle mud and fire. You will see us in our work clothes most of the time. The yard stays busy from early morning until the sun goes down. It's honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. If you are driving past the school, you can't really miss the smoke or the stacks of bricks waiting to go out.
