If you go behind the Neelam Cinema in Hissar you will find us located in the Balaji Tower. It is a bit of a different vibe being in a tower but we have made it our own over the years. We get a lot of people who have just finished watching a movie and are looking for something to eat before they head home. The area around the cinema is always full of energy especially on the weekends. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kitchen is ready for those big rushes. The space we have is functional and we do not waste much room on decorations that do not need to be there. We have some basic seating and the lights are bright enough so you can see what you are doing. Hissar can be quite dusty so we are constantly wiping down the tables and the counters to keep things decent. It is just a few of us working here most days and we have our own way of getting things done. We do not have any big corporate rules to follow we just do what makes sense for the shop and the people who come in. It is a steady life and we like being part of the Balaji Tower community. Most people know us as the spot behind the theater and that suits us just fine.
