Jata Shankar Food Products

Our place is at 15/2 4 in the industrial area of Shamshabad Patti. It’s a bit of a maze back here among all the other units, but we’ve been at this spot long enough that the local drivers know where we are. Jata Shankar Food Products is mostly about the physical work. We spend our days dealing with raw materials and getting everything sorted out for packing. The air inside usually smells like whatever we are processing that day, which is fine until you’ve been smelling it for eight hours straight. It’s a loud environment with the machines running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the hum. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. Our desk is just tucked into a corner where it's a bit quieter. Shamshabad Patti isn't exactly a vacation spot, it's just a place where people come to work hard. We have a small team, and most of us live nearby, so we walk or bike in. The floor gets dusty no matter how much we sweep it, but that's just how it is in an industrial area. We don't do much in the way of fancy talk. We just focus on the bags and boxes and making sure the counts are right before the trucks show up in the evening. It's practical work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
