If you head down to the New Grain Market in Hisar, you will find us at number 147. Being at Indus Towers Ltd in a place like this is interesting because the market is always buzzing with activity. There are trucks coming and going, and the smell of the grain is everywhere during the harvest season. Our building is right in the thick of it. It’s a sturdy place, nothing too modern, but it does the job for what we need. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to stay cool while we manage the tower operations for this region. Haryana summers are no joke, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are pointing in the right direction. We aren't a high-tech looking startup; we are more of a grit-and-grind type of office. We have piles of paperwork and old ledgers that we still use alongside the computer systems. People walk in and out all day asking questions. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the market outside, but you get used to it quickly. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms with glass whiteboards. Usually, we just stand around a desk and figure things out. It’s a very practical way to run things. We’ve been part of the Hisar landscape for a while now, and we like being in the grain market instead of some isolated office block. It keeps us connected to the actual town and the people living here.
