Our small office is located at House Number 233 in Sector 15 A, over in Hisar, Haryana. It’s a Government of India setup, but since we’re in a residential sector, it feels a bit more grounded and less formal than you might expect. We have been working out of this Hisar address for a good number of years. The office is basically a converted house, which is pretty common for smaller government units in this part of the country. It’s a practical space where we handle local administrative duties and keep track of various federal programs in the region. Most of the day is spent on the phone or filling out forms. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but there’s always something that needs to be filed or checked. We have a couple of rooms filled with cupboards and desks. The local people know where we are, and they drop by if they have questions about government services or need some paperwork signed. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the more tedious tasks. We don't have any flashy equipment or a modern reception area. It’s just us, some sturdy furniture, and a lot of documents. Working here is steady and predictable. We just focus on getting through the workload and making sure the records are accurate for the next person who needs them at the end of the day.
