Our branch for Capgemini Consulting India Pvt Ltd is located over in Sector 15 A of Hisar, specifically at number 440. It is a bit quieter here compared to some of the offices in the bigger cities like Delhi or Mumbai, which is something we actually enjoy. Haryana can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so our main priority most days is just staying cool while we work through our lists. The office itself is pretty straightforward and doesn't have any of those fancy modern lounges you see in magazines. We just have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we can sit and have a glass of water. Most of the people working here are local, so we all know the area well and often talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. Getting to work is usually easy since the roads around here aren't too jammed up most of the time. We do a lot of technical stuff on the computers, but we don't really talk about it in complicated terms. It’s just work that needs doing. We share the space and help each other out if someone gets stuck on a problem. It feels more like a small team just trying to get through the week. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish things up, but usually, we are out by the evening to go back to our families. It’s a decent, honest place to work for all of us here.
