Bhai Ji Da Vaishno Dhaba

We've been here on G T Road in Hansi for a while now. Most people know us because we're right by the Hissar chungi. It gets quite busy with all the trucks and people traveling between Delhi and Hissar. We just keep things simple here. The food is what you'd expect from a roadside dhaba, no fancy stuff. Sometimes the seating gets a bit crowded during lunch hours. We try to keep the place tidy but it's a working kitchen. If you're driving through Hansi, you probably saw our sign. We're on the main Delhi-Hissar road. People stop by for a quick meal before hitting the road again. It’s a plain spot, nothing too special to look at, just tables and chairs. We serve vegetarian food like the name says. The dal and roti are always ready. The staff is mostly local guys who have been here for years. We don't really do much advertising, word of mouth works fine for us. Sometimes the tea takes a bit longer if we're making a fresh batch. It's just how things go here. We see a lot of regular faces, mostly drivers and families on trips. The weather in Hissar can be tough, so the fans are always running. We don't have fancy menus, just what’s fresh today. You just walk in and find a spot. It's loud because of the highway traffic but that's part of it. We keep the water cooler filled up for the travelers.
