B T Urban Tadka is our small food place located at 51 S Mehta Tower in Model Town, Hissar. We are right near Sharda Hospital, which is how most folks find their way to us. Being in Model Town means we get a lot of local residents coming in for a bite. We mostly focus on serving food that people around here like to eat. The kitchen is usually busy from the afternoon until late at night. We don't have a big corporate setup; it's just a local restaurant where we do the cooking and cleaning ourselves. The address is 125001 if you're coming from another part of town. Sometimes it gets crowded on weekends, and other times it's just a few people sitting and chatting. We keep the menu pretty standard with things we know we can make well. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and have gotten to know the regular faces from the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy dining hall, just a place with tables and chairs where you can get a meal. The hospital nearby brings in people who are just passing through as well. We try to make sure everyone gets their food reasonably fast. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up, open the doors, and start the stoves. It's honest work and keeps us busy.
