So, we are over here at Plot No. 15 in Mauli Nagar, which is in the Balsond area of Hingoli. If you know the place, it’s just near where Shri Kamlabai Kanbarao Garad stays. We started Yadnesh Agro Producer Company Limited because people around here needed a better way to handle their crops and get things moving. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we get together and figure out the work for the day. Most of us grew up with dirt under our fingernails, so we understand what the farmers in Hingoli go through every season. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn’t helping, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We mostly deal with the local produce that comes in from the surrounding fields. It’s a lot of manual work and talking to people one on one. We don't have big machines doing everything. It's mostly just us and a few helpers making sure things get loaded and sent where they need to go. If you come by Balsond, you’ll see us there. It’s quiet usually, except when the trucks are coming in. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. We just focus on the seeds and the harvest and trying to make ends meet for everyone involved. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do right now.
