We are set up at 8/165 in New Mondha, right in the middle of Hingoli. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around here with all the trading and trucks moving in and out. Being in the Mondha means we are right where the action is. We handle organic agro products, and there is always something to do. The warehouse gets dusty, and the noise from the street is always there, but we are used to it by now. We aren't some big city firm with shiny desks. Most of our furniture is old, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our time talking to farmers and looking at what’s coming in from the fields. Hingoli is a good place for this kind of work because everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours, and we just sit outside and wait it out. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors or grab a quick snack from the stall nearby. We don't use any complicated systems, just a lot of lists and keeping track of who brought what. It is hard work, especially when the weather gets hot in the summer, but we keep at it. There’s a certain rhythm to the market life that you just get into after a few years. We are just a local team doing our bit.
