Asian Granito India Ltd.

This branch of Asian Granito India Ltd. is located out in Ceramic City, Dalpur. It’s a large area where you see nothing but trucks and stacks of tiles everywhere you look. Our place is basically a huge warehouse and a bit of office space. We handle a lot of granite and ceramic products here. The dust is something you just get used to when you work in Dalpur. It gets on your clothes and your shoes by the end of every day. We spend most of our time coordinating with the drivers and making sure the crates are packed properly so they don't break on the road. Tiles are fragile, and if a driver is too fast over the bumps, we definitely hear about it later. We have a lot of different patterns and colors, but we don't really have a showroom like the ones in the big cities. It’s more of a practical spot for moving goods. The sun gets really hot out here in the open, so we try to do the heavy loading early in the morning or later in the evening. It’s hard work, and the guys are always tired, but we get the orders out. There’s no fancy talk here. We just check the quality, count the boxes, and sign the papers. It’s a busy life in the ceramic zone, and we are just one part of it. We keep things simple and the trucks moving.
