It’s a place where we deal with a lot of heavy stones and big machines. Granite is heavy and hard to move, so we have the earth movers to help with the lifting and the clearing of the land. The yard is usually full of slabs and pieces of stone waiting to be moved. It’s a dusty environment and the sun can be really strong on the Arsi Kere Road. We have been working with stone for a long time. It’s what we know. My workers and I spend most of our time outside in the yard or at a site where someone needs some digging done.
