You can find Tiraj Food Llp over at Krishana Vihar, specifically on part of Plot No 22 in Village Salempur Mahdood 2. It’s a bit out of the way, which we actually don't mind too much. It gives us enough space to do what we need to do without getting in everyone’s way. The building is just a standard plot, nothing special to look at, but it works for us. We spend most of our mornings just getting everything ready for the day's tasks. There is a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. It’s physical work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the food we handle is decent and that we stay on top of our bills. Sometimes the power goes out, or a machine acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon figuring out how to fix it ourselves because waiting for a technician takes too long. That’s just life in Salempur Mahdood. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We don’t use any big words or fancy slogans because that’s not who we are. We are just a small team at Tiraj Food trying to do an honest job. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in dust or busy in the back. It’s not glamorous, but it is our work and we take it seriously enough.
