Eatwell

My family has been running Eatwell at the Sector 1 shopping center in Haridwar for a long time. We are situated right at Ranipur More, which is a busy area where a lot of people pass through. It’s just shop number 7, nothing too big or flashy. We started this place because there wasn't much around here that felt like home-cooked food back then. Now there are more shops, but we just keep doing what we've always done. Every morning starts early with cleaning and getting the first batch of food ready. We don't use any fancy machines, just standard pots and pans like you’d have at home. The regulars know us by name, and we know what they usually want before they even sit down. It’s a bit cramped when the lunch hour hits, but we manage. Haridwar gets a lot of visitors, so we see many new faces alongside our neighbors. We try to keep the prices fair because we know how hard people work for their money around here. There’s no manager in a suit or anything like that. You’ll usually see me or my cousin behind the counter or clearing tables. We just want to provide a place where you can get a decent meal without any trouble. It’s a simple business, and we’re happy to be here in Sector 1 doing our thing day after day.
