Servohit Kisan Producer Company Limited is located in Vill. Bakheta. Our main spots are at Khewat No.208 and Khasra No.26. We also have space at Maraba No.18 and Killa No.2. It is a very rural area, so there are not many buildings around. Most of what you see is just the fields. We started this company because it was getting hard to manage everything alone. Now we have a group where we can talk things through and help each other out with the farming. It is not a very formal place. Most of our meetings happen while we are standing around the equipment or sitting on a bench outside. We do not have any polished signs or marketing materials. That seems like a waste of money when we could be buying better seeds or fixing a fence. The work is hard and it gets very dusty in Bakheta during the dry season. We do all the harvesting and sorting ourselves. Sometimes we have to stay up late to finish the loading when the trucks come. It is just part of the life we have here. We keep the books in a small folder, and it can be a bit of a mess sometimes. But we know where everything is. We are just a bunch of local people trying to make the farm work for us and our families. It is not complicated, but it takes up all our time. We are usually around if anyone needs us.
