Rasulpur Jr High School

You can find us right opposite the Gughal Mela Ground in the Pandewala area of Jwalapur. It is a very lively spot, especially when there are events happening at the grounds. The school is a junior high, so we have students who are a bit older, mostly in their teenage years. The building is an old one, and it has seen many batches of students come and go. Being in Jwalapur, the streets around us are usually crowded with rickshaws and people going to the market. Inside the school, we have several classrooms arranged around a central open space. The desks are a bit worn out, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We don't have a lot of extra facilities, just the classrooms and a small office where the principal sits. During the summer, it can get quite warm, so the ceiling fans are always running at full speed. The teachers here have been part of the local community for a long time. We know the families and the shops nearby. It is a typical style school where the focus is just on the daily curriculum and keeping things moving. Students usually walk here from the surrounding lanes. When the final bell rings at the end of the day, there is a big rush as everyone heads out toward the main road. It is just a normal, everyday school in a busy part of Haridwar. Nothing fancy.
