Kisan Flour Mill

We are located in Ward No. 5 of Adarsh Colony, right inside the Mehend Building near Loco Peer. Kisan Flour Mill is what you’d call a typical neighborhood spot here in Laksar. We have a couple of grinding machines that stay busy most of the day. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when there are a lot of bags waiting to be processed. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in, drop off your grain, and we get to work. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of white flour, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the job. We know most of our customers by their first names because they live just a few streets away. We don't use any automated systems for the billing, just a simple notebook and a pen. It works for us. Sometimes the belt on the motor slips and we have to stop everything to fix it, which can be annoying when there’s a line. But people are patient. They know we do a good job with their wheat and corn. It’s just me and a helper most days. We keep it simple and just focus on grinding the flour right for the local kitchens. We always try to finish the orders by the time people come back from their work.
