We run Sreenidhi Farmers Producer Company Limited from our place at House Number 3-51 in Pottigubbadi Thanda. This spot is right by Mangalibanda Thanda in the Raghunathpally area of Jangaon. It’s a rural setting, which makes sense since we are all about farming here in this part of Telangana. Most people around here know us as a group of local growers who decided to get together and handle our business a bit better. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular house where we keep our books and meet up to talk about the crops and the seasons. The address might look a bit long on paper with all those thanda names, but it’s just where we live and work. We have been part of the Warangal region for a while now. Some days it is busy with people coming in to ask about seeds or how the market is doing, and other days it is quiet. Being in a small village like this means everyone knows everyone. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work that needs doing in the fields. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't go our way, but having this company set up helps us stay organized. We don't have a big marketing team. We just do our thing here in the village and keep moving forward. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running, but we do our best every day.
