Ramannapeta Farmersproducer Companylimited is a small local setup over in Ramannapet. Our address is simply 4-1. It’s a familiar spot for everyone living in the village. We aren't some big city company with a tall building. We are just a group of farmers who decided it was time to work together. The office is small and practical. We spend most of our time out in the fields anyway, so we only come here when there is paperwork to be done or when we need to have a meeting. Ramannapet is a close-knit place, and the company reflects that. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk like we always have, about the crops and the challenges we face with the soil or the pests. Having this registered company helps us when we need to buy things in bulk or sell our produce to bigger buyers. It’s been a learning process for all of us, figuring out how to run a business while still doing the manual labor on our farms. Some days are better than others, but we keep going.
