Our group is based in Lingampally, which falls under the Ghanpur Station Mandal area. You can find us at house number 4-116/B/1 if you are looking for the office. It is not a fancy place at all, just a regular building where we handle the business side of farming. The weather in Warangal can be really tough for us, especially when the sun is beating down all day on the fields. We spend most of our time talking to the local farmers and making sure they have what they need for the next planting season. It is a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it gets a bit confusing with all the different types of crops and names we have to remember. We don’t have a big staff here, just a few of us who grew up in this area. We use a lot of notebooks for everything because the internet in the village can be very slow and unreliable when we need it most. It is better to have things written down on paper anyway. We don’t really do any advertising because news travels fast enough by word of mouth in a small place like this. Some days it is very quiet when everyone is out working in their fields, and other days the office is crowded with people asking for advice. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything moving for the farmers. It’s hard work, but we like it here and know the people well.
