Bayyaram Farmers Producer Company

We are located in Bayyaram, specifically in the Kothapeta area at house number 3-88/1. It is a very simple office, nothing special to look at, but it is where we do all our planning and record-keeping for the company. The road outside is quite dusty, especially when the trucks go by, so we are constantly wiping down the tables and our chairs. We spend our days talking to the farmers around here and trying to keep everything organized. It’s a local operation, and most of us live just down the road in the same neighborhood. We don’t really have titles or fancy roles here. One day you might be writing down accounts and the next you are helping someone move bags of grain or seeds. That’s just the way it works in a small town like this. We talk about the weather more than anything else, usually worrying about if it’s going to rain too much or not enough for the cotton crops. There is usually a pot of tea on the stove because people are always dropping by to ask a question or just to chat for a bit. It is not a formal place at all. You can hear the neighbor’s animals and the kids playing nearby while we work. We are just regular people trying to make a living and help our neighbors do the same. It is steady work, and we have been in this spot for a long time now. We're just locals doing what we can.
