Orion Initiative Private Limited

Our office for Orion Initiative Private Limited is in Gwalior, specifically at Titiksha Apartment in Laxmibai Colony. We are in Flat P1, which is at number 78 in the Padav area. It’s an older part of the city, and the apartment building has that lived-in feel. Being in Laxmibai Colony is quite nice because it’s a known spot and relatively easy for people to find. The office is basically an apartment that we’ve repurposed. It’s got a few rooms where different people sit and work. There’s no big sign on the building, just the address. We spend our days mostly on the phones or at our computers. Padav can get quite busy, but inside the flat, it’s usually calm enough to get things done. We don't have any corporate decorators; we just put the desks where they fit and started working. There’s always a bit of dust because of the Gwalior weather, but we keep the place tidy enough. Usually, we take a break in the afternoon to get some snacks from the local shops. Gwalior is a city with a lot of history, but our day-to-day is very modern, just dealing with the usual tech and administrative tasks. It’s not a fancy life, but it works for us. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home. Titiksha Apartment is just our base for making things happen each day.
