Our place is over in Gwalior at C 8 Gandhi Nagar. It’s a decent area, fairly quiet compared to the main city center. We have been working out of this spot in India for some time now. The office is basically a few rooms with computers and some basic furniture we picked up over the years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. Most of our day is spent at the desks. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat lunch together. The neighborhood has a lot of houses, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we usually get it sorted quickly. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, so there are cables here and there and piles of notebooks on the tables. It’s a practical way to work for us. Gwalior can get really hot, so we rely on the air conditioning more than we probably should during the summer months. We usually leave around six in the evening. It’s a straightforward operation where we just try to get through the work list without making too much of a fuss. The address is easy enough to find if you are familiar with Gandhi Nagar. It’s just a regular small business environment without any of the fancy trimmings you see in the bigger cities.
