Om Hybrid Seeds Private Limited is over on Bhind Road in Gwalior. We are at BM-410 in Deen Dayal Nagar. Even though we are in a more urban part of Gwalior, our whole business is about the farm. We deal specifically with hybrid seeds. Our office is a regular place where we manage the stock and talk to distributors. Gwalior gets incredibly hot, and that affects how we have to store everything. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the seeds we have. It is a bit more of a specialized business than just general farming. We have to be very careful with the details. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to people all over the district. We are a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. Sometimes I am answering the phone, and other times I am helping load a truck. We have been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know us. It is not a high-tech facility, just a solid building where we get our work done.
