We are located at 478 Mohan Nagar, right in the Thatipur area of Gwalior. Being here in Madhya Pradesh means we are surrounded by a lot of farming activity, which is exactly why Vanasthali Kisan Producer Company Limited started. It is basically a group of local people and farmers who decided to pool their resources and work together. We spend our days dealing with all the stuff that comes with running a producer company, from checking on seeds to figuring out how to get the crops moved to where they need to go. It’s a bit of a small office, and things can get pretty loud when everyone shows up at once to discuss the latest market rates or the monsoon situation. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us working through the daily chores of agricultural business. Gwalior has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that local rhythm. Sometimes we are out in the fields and other times we are stuck behind a desk in Mohan Nagar handling the registration papers or the sales logs. It’s hard work, and there are days when things don't go according to plan, like when the transport gets delayed or the weather turns bad suddenly. We just take it one day at a time. The goal is just to keep the operation steady for all the farmers who are part of this group. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do here.
