Our place is at 16-Sourabh Vihar Colony in Morar. We are the Nekadi Farmers Producer Company Limited. It is a bit of a residential-sounding address, but this is where we manage our farming business. We are not some big corporation from the city. We are local people who know the area well. Most of us spend our mornings out where the actual farming happens and then come here in the afternoons to handle the paperwork. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes. The colony is usually quiet, which helps when we need to sit down and figure out the accounts or talk to suppliers. We do not have any polished speeches or marketing materials. If you asked us what we do, we would just say we are trying to get the best out of our land and help our fellow farmers do the same. It involves a lot of trial and error. Some years are better than others, and you just have to take the bad with the good. We do not use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. We just want to be honest about the work we do. Being based in Morar gives us a good spot to stay connected with the local community. We are just a group of neighbors who decided that working together was better than working alone. That is really all there is to our story.
