We are based in the Lakkad Khana area of Lashker, over near Kampoo in Gwalior. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history and narrow streets. Our office is right in the middle of all that, specifically near the Mahendra Nath Sharma area. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don't know the landmarks, but we like the location. It feels very connected to the heart of Gwalior. The building we are in isn't new, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We have our systems set up and a small area where we can sit and talk. There’s always the sound of traffic and people outside, which reminds us we're in a busy market zone. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Most of us have been in this area for a long time, so we’re used to the rhythm of Lashker. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when the weather gets bad, but we manage. We don't try to act like a giant firm. We’re just a small group doing our bit in Gwalior. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the local transport, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the tasks at hand. It’s an honest place to work and it fits us well for what we do.
