Lexeslab Private Limited is based out of GWALIOR. Our address is C/O RADHA YADAV, VIHARSH BHAVANDURGA ENCLAV FLATE 3I-2. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office environment. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to most of the staff. Gwalior is a city we really like being in, even with the heat in the summer months. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and equipment. We do a mix of things, mostly lab and technical work. It’s a quiet space for the most part, except for the sound of the fans and the occasional noise from the street outside. We don't have a big corporate structure with lots of bosses. It’s a small team and we all just pitch in where needed. We don't bother with those mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just have a calendar and a few notes taped up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here. No one has to wear a suit. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is running right. It’s not a flashy setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do. We’ve always preferred keeping things simple and honest like that. It is just a normal group of people working together in a quiet flat.
