Femina Training Academy

Up in the Kanitkar Building in Morar, that's where you will find us. We are right in the Naya Santer area, basically opposite the Civil Hospital Chauraha. If you are standing at the hospital gates, just look across and you will see where we are. We have been teaching here in Gwalior for quite a while now. It is mostly about giving people some skills they can actually use to get a job or maybe start something of their own. The rooms aren't huge but we make it work with the desks and the equipment we have. It can get a bit loud because of the traffic at the chauraha, but once the classes start, everyone is pretty focused. We teach different things depending on what people are looking for. Usually, it’s local girls and women from around Morar who come by. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because learning new things is hard enough as it is. We don't do big fancy ads. Usually, someone just tells their cousin or a friend about the academy and they show up. The building is old but it has character. We spend most of our day here, from morning until the evening sets in. It’s a busy spot. If you’re walking past the hospital, you’ve probably seen our sign. We are just a local training place trying to help people out with some practical learning in Gwalior.
