Ra-One Solutions

Ra-One Solutions is based out of Birla Nagar and we have been here for a while now. It started as a small idea and just grew into a place where we help folks with their technical issues. Whether it is a computer acting up or someone needing a specific piece of software sorted, we handle it. Birla Nagar is where we live and work so we know most of the people who walk through the door. We don't use a lot of technical jargon because it just confuses people and frankly, it is not necessary. We just look at the problem and try to find a way to fix it that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The office is a bit cluttered with parts and cables but that is just how it goes when you are working on electronics all day. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days everyone’s printer or laptop seems to break at the same time. We don't have some big mission statement or anything. We just like solving the puzzles that people bring in. It’s a quiet life here in this part of town and we like it that way. If a neighbor has a problem they just come over. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just junk. It keeps the trust up in the neighborhood which is important for us. It is just everyday work for everyday people.
