At Rockland Media & Communication Pvt. Ltd., we are located on the 4th floor of Deetee Tower. This is right in the Downtown Hospital Complex over in Bilaspur. It is a tall building and we share it with a lot of other offices. Being on the 4th floor means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevator, which seems to have a mind of its own some days. Our space is pretty functional, mostly just rows of desks and some meeting areas that we use when we need to talk through a new project. There are usually stacks of papers and folders everywhere because we have several different things going on at once. Since we are near the hospital, the area is always busy, and finding a good lunch spot nearby can be a challenge if you don't leave early. We aren't a big corporate setup with fancy lobbies. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the communication lines open and the media projects moving along. The air in the office is usually a bit stale by the afternoon, so we try to crack a window if the noise from the street isn't too bad. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in the media business forever and others who are just starting out. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We just take it day by day and handle the work.
