You can find Purvanchal Communication Pvt. Ltd. over in Surya Tower on B Baruah Road. We are way up on the 4th floor in Ulubari. The view from the windows is mostly just the tops of other buildings and the street below. It’s a typical office setup with desks, wires, and plenty of computers. The lift in this building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up waiting around or taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical stuff and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty quiet when everyone is focused on their screens. We aren't really the type to have big meetings; we usually just talk across the room when something needs to be fixed. There is a little corner where we keep the kettle for tea and some snacks. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork and boxes of equipment lying around. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the other people on the floor. It’s a steady pace here, not too fast but always something to do. We just focus on getting through the tasks for the day and making sure things are running right. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the routine of coming into the city every day. Working in communication means there is always someone trying to get a hold of us via the phone or mail.
