Rkb Brick Industry

Rkb Brick Industry sits right along National Highway 37. It’s a noisy spot with all the trucks and cars zooming by all day. We are also quite close to B.M.B High School, so we hear the bell ring and the kids playing during their breaks. It’s a busy corner of the world. We spend our days managing the clay pits and the kiln. The heat from the fire is intense, but you get used to it after a few years. Most of us here have worked together for a long time. We aren't a corporate setup with fancy titles. We just show up, wear our work clothes, and get dirty. The highway makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a headache sometimes. We supply a lot of the local building projects in this area. It's a straightforward operation. We pile the bricks high and wait for them to bake. When the wind blows, the dust covers everything, including our small office shack. We drink a lot of tea to stay hydrated. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we take pride in seeing our bricks used in the local houses and schools. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We check the batches, load the trucks, and keep an eye on the weather reports. That’s life here on Road 37 for us. It’s just how we get by, year after year, making bricks.
