We are located in Guwahati, specifically at Royal Center on G S Road. If you know the Bora Service area, we are right there, opposite S B Devrah College. It is a lively part of town with students and office workers moving around all day. Being at Makhan Bhog Hotels Pvt Ltd means we deal with a lot of people coming in and out. The hotel stays quite active. We have a team that manages the daily tasks, from checking people in to making sure the rooms are okay. It’s not always perfect, and some days are definitely busier than others when there are local events happening. G S Road is always noisy, so there is never a dull moment outside our doors. We try to keep things simple and straightforward for everyone who stays here. The staff mostly comes from around this area, so we know the city well. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running properly. There’s a lot of coordination needed between the kitchen and the front desk. Sometimes things get mixed up, but we fix it and move on. It’s a regular business run by regular people who live in Guwahati. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a place to stay and eat while you are in this part of Assam.
