You’ll find us in the middle of the chaos at Ozan Bazar in Guwahati. Ram Kumar Arcade is always a busy place, and our shop is right in the thick of it. It’s loud, crowded, and there’s always someone hauling a box past the door. We’ve been operating from here for a good while, dealing with various items that people in the market need. There isn't much space to move around once the new stock arrives, so we’re often climbing over crates just to get to the back. It’s a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we have our own system that works for us. We don't spend any money on fancy decorations or bright lights. The focus is just on the inventory and getting it out to the customers who come through. The heat in the market during the summer can be something else, and the rain in Guwahati often means we’re scurrying to keep everything dry. We talk to a lot of people every day, from delivery drivers to local shopkeepers. It’s a social way to make a living, even if it’s tiring. We don’t have a big corporate story to tell. We just open up the shutters in the morning, see what needs to be sold, and go from there. It’s a regular market life, and we’re happy to be a small part of this busy arcade. There is always something happening outside our doorstep every day.
