Sagar Steels

Sagar Steels is located right in Aathgaon, very close to the Athgaon Masjid on S.J. Road. If you are walking down the street, you can usually hear us before you see us because of the sound of metal being moved around. It is a very busy area with narrow roads and a lot of people pushing carts or driving motorbikes. We keep a lot of our stock near the entrance, so there are piles of steel rods and sheets everywhere. The air always has a bit of a metallic smell and your hands are bound to get some grease on them if you stay here long enough. We have been in this spot for a good while and we know most of the other shopkeepers on S.J. Road. Being near the Masjid means it gets especially crowded during prayer times, so we usually plan our deliveries around those hours. The shop itself is mostly just a big open space with some heavy cutting tools and a small desk where we write out the bills. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because the steel speaks for itself. It is a straightforward business where we deal with builders and local contractors who need materials for their projects. We just focus on getting the right sizes cut and making sure the orders are ready when people come to pick them up in their small trucks.
