Our office is located in the Dihang Arcade on the main Guwahati-Shillong Road. We are directly opposite Dona Planet in the Sreenagar area. If you know Guwahati, you know this road is the heart of everything. The traffic outside is almost always heavy, and there is a constant sound of horns and engines. From our windows, we can see the shoppers going in and out of the malls. Inside, it is a typical office environment, but it feels a bit more grounded. We handle the local side of things for the beverage business. There are desks cluttered with papers, half-empty water bottles, and people constantly on their phones talking to distributors. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the warehouse and the delivery routes that cover the city and the hills. It is a lot of logistics to manage. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living here. We have a small break area where we drink way too much tea and talk about the weekend. Even though the name on the door is a big one, we are just a local team trying to keep the supply chain running smoothly. It’s a busy life on GS Road, but we’ve been here long enough that the chaos feels normal to us now.
