Mozart Cafe

Mozart Cafe is over at number 26 on Rajgarh Road in the Chandmari area of Guwahati. If you know where the Icon Academy is, we are right across from them on the same street. It's a good spot because there are always students and teachers walking around during the day. The cafe is a bit of a personal project for us. We wanted a place where people could just sit and hang out for a bit without feeling rushed by the staff. It's not a huge place, just a cozy corner on a busy road. Guwahati can be quite hectic with all the traffic, but Rajgarh Road has its own special rhythm. We have a few small tables and some local art hanging on the walls to make it feel nice. The kitchen is small, so we focus on making things we can do well every time. We get a lot of young people coming in after their classes are over, and they usually stay to chat or do some of their work. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team helping us out. It's just us making coffee and food every single day. Sometimes the heavy rain in Assam makes things a bit slow, but we stay open regardless of the weather. We’ve tried to make the space feel welcoming in a very normal, everyday way for everyone. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the traffic outside but it feels a bit quieter once you’re inside the doors. We’ve been here in Chandmari for some time now and we've grown fond of the neighborhood.
