Our place is H. No. 59 in Visnujutipar, which is in the Hatigaon area. It is more of a house than a typical office building, which makes it feel quite relaxed. We have set up our IT operations in a few of the rooms here. There are cables running along the walls and desks pushed up against the windows so we can see what is happening on the street. Hatigaon is a nice place to be, with a mix of homes and small businesses. We handle a variety of IT solutions, mostly focusing on fixing things and setting up systems for people. It is just a few of us working here. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy entrance. You just come to the house and we are there. Most of our days are spent working through technical problems or helping someone get their network running again. We have a lot of old parts and boxes sitting around, as we never know when we might need a specific screw or a spare cable. We drink a lot of tea and just keep at the work until it’s finished. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it because we get to solve puzzles every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to provide a helpful service to the local community here.
