Our office is over in Udyog Vihar Phase 4, right in Sector 18. If you’ve been around Gurugram, you know it gets pretty packed around here during the morning rush. We are at Plot 76 D. It’s a decent sized space where we handle all our learning solution work. We’ve been here for a while now, watching the buildings around us go up. It’s mostly just a group of us who work on educational materials and training stuff. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just show up, drink our coffee, and get to work on the projects we have for the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. We have a lot of regular files stacked up in the corner because we haven't moved everything to the cloud yet. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for us. Our team has been together for a few years, so we’re more like friends than just coworkers. We share snacks and complain about the traffic on the way to Udyog Vihar. It’s a very normal environment. We don’t try to act like we’re some global powerhouse. We’re just a local business trying to provide some decent learning options for the people who need them. Most of our clients are businesses nearby, so we see a lot of the same faces. We just focus on the practical side of learning. That's really all there is to it.
