Archanamathur

My name is Archanamathur and I am based out of Gurgaon. I have been here for a long time, watching the city grow and change around me. My setup is pretty basic. I don't have a huge office building or a hundred people working under me. It’s just a small space where I can focus and get my tasks done. Gurgaon is a very busy place these days, with lots of big companies, but I prefer to keep my operation small and manageable. I don't really go for all that corporate talk or shiny brochures. I just tell people what I do and where I am. Most of my day is spent on the computer or on the phone, trying to stay ahead of the work. It’s not always easy, and sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed by the pace of the city, but I manage to keep things moving. I started this because I wanted to do something on my own terms. There are no fancy meetings or long presentations here. I just look at what needs to be finished and I do it. It’s a very practical approach to business. I’ve lived in this area long enough to know how things work. People here appreciate someone who is honest and just gets on with the job. That’s what I try to be every day. It’s a simple life, but it keeps me busy and paying the bills.
